About Eagle Eyes

Established in 1978, Eagle Eyes was founded in Tainan city as one of the leaders of auto lamp makers with sales over the world.

Our product line covers 100% automotive lamps, including head lamp, rear lamp, corner lamp, side lamp, bumper lamp, fog lamp, and center high mounted stop lamp (CHMSL). We always focus on the best quality management of our products to guarantee the driving safety of all our customers. With a total of more than 10,000 products created so far, and an average of 200 new items annually as well. However, as more and more car light design integrates elements like HID, LED, CCFL and other new functions, the knowledge and equipment to build those lights become more and more demanding.

Eagle Eyes has implemented CNC, CAD/CAM, SAP ERP, Goniophotometer , multi-color injection machines, and High frequency vibration equipment, to continuously improve the operation quality and efficiency.

Quality Control

Our quality management system is in conformance with IATF 16949:2016 and ISO 9001:2015 certified by NSF ISR. Besides, our product follows strictly the legal standard set by each country such as SAE/DOT for US and E-Mark for Europe to ensure the eligibility of our product in each country. Moreover, Eagle Eyes has joined CAPA programs and is qualified to produce CAPA certified auto lamp.

Purchase of Gonio photometer (LMT GO-H 1400).
Tainan warehouse expanded to 67,621 square ft.
Three injection production lines are upgraded with fully automated production equipments.

2023

Donate the ambulance to Tainan City Government.
Refreshing outdated equipment with 9 new injection machines, ranging from 230 tons to 500 tons.

Purchase of 3D test machine and CAD/CAM computerized design equipment to enhance the precision of mold designing.

Integration of production operations into the new main factory building.
Purchase of HP MINI system and beginning of computerized management.
Introduction of “Universal Fog Lamp” production line.
