History of The Company     1979 Eagle Eyes Traffic Ind. Co., Ltd. was established in Tainan, Taiwan. Started with 12 employees and a capital ampunt of USD 41,000 (TWD 1,500,000). 1983 Taipei office was established. 1987 Introduction of headlamp production line and purchased lamp tester from Japan. Products were exported to Japan officially. 1992 Headlamp first passed SAE standard certified by Detroit Lab, U.S.A.. 1993 SAE first certificate verified by AAMVA. Products were exported to United States officially. 1995 Integration of production operations into the new main factory building. Purchase of HP MINI system and the beginning of computerized management. Introduction of universal fog lamp production line. Establishment of internal photometric lab to perform SAE and ECE inspections on Eagle Eyes' products. Purchase of photometric machine from U.S.A. and CADKEY design software. 1996 Purchase of 1) 3D test machine and 2) CAD/CAM computerized design equipment to enhence the precision of mold design. E-Mark factory recognition certified by TÜV. E-Mark first certificate verified by Ministerstvo dopravy ČR. 1998 ISO 9002 / QS9000 certified by TÜV. 2000 Loss of more than 70% of Eagle Eyes' equipments and products suffered from a fire accident. Future Prospect     Cooperate more closely with domestic and foreign research organizations, such as the Photoelectric Laboratory of the Industrial Technology Research Institute and the Automotive Research and Testing Center, in order to develop futuristic lamps and achieve the goal of higher efficiency and lower energy consumption. Put more efforts in the research, development and application of new materials, accept guidance and cooperate with the Plastics Industry Development Center to research and develop molded compound materials and light-weight, environmentally friendly products as well. Work together with famous foreign companies by means of enterprise alliance to absorb overseas experience and to better technical transfer and industrial upgrade. Adopt the automatic production line in order to heighten the productivity, stabilize the production process, and create excellent products.
